Picking the right church for the wedding is no piece of cake. There are a lot of factors to consider like if it matches your theme, where the guests are coming from, reception areas within the vicinity (because you don’t want to travel too far after the wedding) and of course, how much it would cost. Yes, a couple may dream of the magical Caleruega wedding, but if no one’s really coming from Batangas, then it might not be practical. The good news is there are plenty of churches in the metro that would be as magical and more practical to desire.

If a solemn and more private wedding ceremony is what a couple aspires, then the Malate Church may be the best pick. Its dark stones and conservative structural design gives a very private look and ambiance for the ceremony. It is also very accessible as it is located a few meters away from Roxas Boulevard. Plenty of reception areas are available within the vicinity as well, making the church a practical spot for a wedding.
Tagged as one of the “World Heritage Sites” in the Philippines, the San Agustin Church in Intramuros is the perfect church for the couple who wants a grand wedding. The church is believed to bless every marriage with long and lasting love, making it the most sought-after church in Manila (or maybe the entire country). The site is also home to one of the most intricately designed structure staring off with its famous Molave-carved doors.
